The Levee-(rice & beans. jambalaya, po’ boys, boudin/andouille dishes)
The Quarter-(desserts, crepes, pralines, beignets, bananas foster)

4 person cooking teams-$30.00 per team entry fee
Entry deadline Wednesday January 27th
10:00 am Saturday-Cooks meeting and health inspection
2:00 pm doors open to public-$7.00 admission
5:00 pm -Judging announcements and awards

Cash and prizes for 1st. 2nd & 3rd –GRAND PRIZE for Peoples Choice

Raffles, games, Bayou Bingo, prizes, drink specials
Free admission to Pearl playing at 9:00 pm
